I have big aspirations, I am always one to seek and push harder than anyone else to get and do what is needed and to get the best result, this can be seen by looking at my achievements, I was a winner of The University of Portsmouth Enterprise Challenge 2011, this was in my first year of study the competition was open to any students. I went on be a runner up in a much larger competion, West Focus Bright Ideas Competition 2011. This was open to any students from 10 universities across the South East of England.

I Grew up in a village in West Somerset. I got 9 GCSE's 4 B's 5 C's (including English & Maths), from Taunton School, I then achieved a nation diploma in Computing an IT, with triple distintion from Bridgwater College. I am now Currently at the University of Portsmouth studying a BSc (Hons) Computer Games Technology, attaining a 2:1 in my first year.

Interests and Hobbies

Travelling is a great passion of mine; I’ve been on two separate world adventures. Back in the summer of 2007 I went to East Asia, Cambodia and Thailand. The summer spent there was truly remarkable, doing a lot of charity work, trekking and experiencing the different cultures. This really taught me how I am able to teach, give and learn and yet push myself to the physical and mental limits.

In January 2010 I embarked on my second adventure, lasting 4 months I travelled 3 continents, I truly believe travelling broadens the mind. Sports plays a big role in my life as I see them as a great way to release my energy in a positive way.

I play cricket for The University of Portsmouth and my local team every Saturday, it has a very social aspect with great team bonding. This has also improved my patience as it’s a relatively slow moving game; it involves a lot of waiting around.

In my spare time I like making websites in a variety of languages from basic php, css to sites written in action script. I’ve created website from ecommerce sales sites to a site for an online radio station. I am fascinated by the online market place and how it has changed the fundamentals
of how we communicate.
